Q. Who uses relocators and why?

A. Anyone can use a relocator to help find a property, whether buying or renting. Pavilion Relocation will save you time and money by researching, assessing, pre-viewing and short listing suitable properties. Many people simply find they do not have the time or resources to find what they are looking for or do not reside in the chosen location and require property/school and orientation advice.

Q. What is a school search?

A. When a school search is required a questionnaire on the type of education sought will be completed. Once the details are provided then we research the area of choice, make a selection of the appropriate schools, report back with a description of the schools found, entrance requirements and fees where appropriate.

Q. How does your fee structure work?

A. There is an initial registration fee that is non-refundable and a performance/success fee. The exact amount depends upon the service selection chosen.

Q. What period of time does the initial registration fee cover?

A. This very much depends on the particular circumstances but generally it is for three month/90 day period with a review at the end.

Q. How do you find the properties?

A. We use our local knowledge and the relationships we have formed with estate agents and landlords. Often properties not yet seen on the open market are reviewed by Pavilion Relocation as these establishments realise that our clientele have already invested money in finding their new home by instructing us.
